Refund Policy

Pear Blossom Farms relies on satisfied customers, and strives every possible way to ensure that you will be happy with your purchases from our website. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will make it right. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed with a full refund policy, as follows:

  • All items purchased online are refundable within 30 days from purchase date if the product is delivered damaged.
  • Claims for refund must be made by phone within 2 days of receipt, and Pear Blossom Farms will make good on its shipments, either with a complete refund of the product price or a pro-rated share of the damaged product, as may be the case. We cannot, of course, refund shipping charges.
  • If you paid by credit card, your original card will be credited within 30 days from your phone call.
  • Please notify us by phone at (970) 434-3340, or by contacting us through the website at www.PearBlossomFarms.com/contact-us.
  • Because Pear Blossom Farms ships its products in sealed bottles, returns cannot be accepted under health department regulations, since bottles may have been opened.
