- All items purchased online are refundable within 30 days from purchase date if the product is delivered damaged.
- Claims for refund must be made by phone within 2 days of receipt, and Pear Blossom Farms will make good on its shipments, either with a complete refund of the product price or a pro-rated share of the damaged product, as may be the case. We cannot, of course, refund shipping charges.
- If you paid by credit card, your original card will be credited within 30 days from your phone call.
